via our secure facilities there is no need for any other equipment at your Dealership
How long does it take to setup?
Because there is very little to setup physically at your dealership location our
messaging system can be up and running within 7-10 business days.
Can I create my own messages?
Yes!
AutoLoop comes with pre-configured messages which have been
professionally recorded but it also allows you to record your own custom messages.
New, professionally recorded messages are also available upon request.
Can AutoLoop handle all my Safety and Recall Notifications?
Using
AutoLoop’s Campaign Manager you have the ability to pull
customers contact info directly from your DMS by make, model, year and VINs and
automatically contact them with a customized recall or safety notification.
Does AutoLoop integrate with our DMS system?
AutoLoop integrates seamlessly with the Dealer Management System
to monitor all activity and instantly trigger appropriate real-time messaging. Currently
AutoLoop Supports ADP, R&R and DealerTrack (formerly Arkona). We are
adding support for new DMS's regularly, please contact us if yours is not listed.
Can we do custom reports to send targeted messages to our
customers?
AutoLoop allows the dealership to build and send any message they
want to any contact list. Campaign Manager allows for the creation of a custom list
built directly out of your DMS system using our special list generator or allows
for import of a compiled list in Excel or Text file.
AutoLoop also
allows for manual entry and management of a contact list. Messages can then be customized
for each contact list and managed through the
AutoLoop web interface.
Our support personnel are also available to help you create campaigns, help with
new custom recorded messages, and assist with marketing plans to maximize the efficiency
of your dealership.
What kind of messaging does AutoLoop support?
AutoLoop supports Voice, Text (SMS) and Email notifications.
What kind of maintenance do we have to do?
After a simple setup procedure there is no interaction needed to keep the system
running. And without the need of any onsite support
AutoLoop creates
